Hiscox's move of domicile to Bermuda from London has been completed, Business Insurance reported yesterday.

Hiscox has formally delisted the shares of Hiscox Plc on the London Stock Exchange, and shares of Hiscox Ltd. are now being traded.

The High Court in London on Monday ordered that a scheme of arrangement and associated capital reduction to enable the corporate restructuring to go ahead, Business Insurance said.

Hiscox, which formed a Bermuda operating subsidiary in late 2005 after that year's record hurricane season, announced in September plans to redomicile to Bermuda, citing tax and regulatory reasons.
