Igility joins forces with Fibre Net

The Igility Group said this week that it had inked its third strategic partnership of the year, as it unveiled a new partnership with Fibre Net Communications, a Bermuda provider of technology cabling services.

Since January, Igility, which provides funding and leadership direction to its three core operating companies ? Sbi, Transact and BCS ? has taken a stake in popular online classified engine e-Moo, as well as in TBS, an information management system.

The partnership with FNC was formalised last month, the company said, after several years of working with the cabling company on projects.

Igility president Aaron Smith said the development would allow Igility to ?offer a more comprehensive solution? to its clients.

FNC founder and managing director Steve Vanderkwaak said although his firm has worked with Sbi and BCS in the past, the partnership now allowed the two companies ?to provide an integrated solution if that?s what the customer requires?.

FNC was formed in 2000, while Igility was founded in 2003.
