LeStrange to sell shares

Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. (ENH) said Tuesday that Chief Executive Kenneth J. LeStrange entered a plan to sell up to 185,899 shares of the company?s stock.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, an independent broker will sell the shares at predetermined price thresholds between Monday and December 22.
The plan was set up under SEC Rule 10b5-1, which allows insiders to adopt plans under which they can arrange future purchases and sales of company stock, even if they later acquire inside information.
Shares of the Bermuda-based provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance were recently trading at $36.69. ? Dow Jones
