Fitch Ratings has affirmed its BBB long-term issuer and senior debt rating on Scottish Annuity & Life Holdings, Ltd.

It also affirmed its A insurer financial strength ratings on Scottish Annuity & Life Insurance Company (Cayman), Ltd., Scottish Re (US), Inc. and World-Wide Reassurance Company Limited.
