Bermuda Container Line Ltd. yesterday announced its first quarterly dividend for 2002 of ten cents per share. The dividend will be payable on February 15 to shareholders of record as of February 8, 2002. This represents a one cent per share or 11 percent increase in the quarterly dividend rate, the Bermuda Stock Exchange listed company reported.
