We're firm partners
The partners of KPMG in Bermuda have announced that Gregory Haycock has been appointed senior partner of the firm and Steve Green has been made managing partner.
Mr. Haycock joined the firm as a partner in 1985, after spending several years in the retail industry in Bermuda.
Over the years Mr. Haycock has been active on a number of Government Advisory Boards, including the Bermuda Monetary Authority where he served for ten years. He is currently deputy chairman of the Bermuda International Business Association.
Mr. Haycock is a past president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda (ICAB) and in 1993 was elected a fellow of the Institute. He was appointed a JP in 1987.
Mr. Green transferred to Bermuda from KPMG in England in 1989, was promoted to partner in 1994 and since 1998 has headed up the firm's insurance practice.
Mr. Green has been actively involved with various ICAB committees for over ten years and is currently chair of its Professional Practice Committee and is a member of the Institute's council. Mr. Green also represents the firm on the Insurance Advisory Committee's regulations sub-committee.
