NEW YORK (Bloomberg) — Bermuda-based Tyco International Ltd., the conglomerate splitting into three companies, said William Lytton will retire as general counsel and be replaced by Judith Reinsdorf, who returns to Tyco after more than two years at medical-products maker C.R. Bard Inc.
