Bermuda-based global healthcare product provider Covidien Ltd. re-elected all of its 11 nominees to the board of directors at its first Annual General Meeting as an independent, publicly-held company yesterday.

Shareholders appointed Craig Arnold, Robert Brust, John Connors Jr, Christopher Coughlin, Timothy Donahue, Kathy Herbert, Randall Hogan III, Richard Meelia, Dennis Reilley, Tadataka Yamada and Joseph Zaccagnino back onto the board.
