LONDON (Bloomberg) - Dominion Petroleum Ltd., a Bermuda-based explorer drilling for oil in Africa, began a 2D-seismic survey on part of its production sharing agreement areas in Tanzania.
Upstream Petroleum Services Ltd. is conducting the geological survey in the northern part of Mandawa to better-define a feature which "may be a large carbonate build-up," Dominion said in an e-mailed statement distributed by the Regulatory News Service yesterday.
The survey will be finished by the end of February, the statement said.
