MCS Ltd. unveiled the new Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to clients yesterday.

MCS, a provider of financial and business management solutions in Bermuda, invited clients to a preview of what the new CRM system could do for their business.

The seminar given by Nick Doleman illustrated how the software could streamline a businesses client database as well as keep a record of every single interaction the company had with each client allowing them to have a 360 degree view of their clients.
