MCS's software seminar to offer improved efficiency

Software savvy: MRS president Rob Burns will be leading the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 seminar

MCS Ltd. will be offering a seminar on Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 4.0 for companies interested in improving efficiency and customer relationships.

CRM is a highly flexible solution which gives medium and large companies the ability to create a complete 360 degree view of every customer, from initial contact through post sales and service.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM's latest release (v 4.0) builds on the success of the product by offering features that accelerate user adoption, improve business intelligence capabilities and streamline current business processes.

Breakfast begins at 8.30am, followed by a presentation and demonstration at 9am. The seminar concludes at 11am.
