But last night it appeared that most scheduled services were running on time as the bad weather abated in the eastern United States.
Continental reported slight delays with their Bermuda to Newark service and American Airlines were held back 35 minutes at JFK yesterday.
Delta reported no delays with their Boston and Atlanta routes, and US Air and Air Canada said they had not experienced any weather-related difficulties.
Temperatures were expected to rise bringing a thaw by tomorrow.
