Anchor and Osprey find mutual ground
privately owned pension and financial service firm.
Osprey principal Patrice Horner will stay with the firm Anchor's founder Jeffrey Brewer said Friday.
"Anchor will now offer a broad range of mutual funds, along with our existing family of internally managed segregated accounts,'' he said. "By combining Anchor's and Osprey's existing relationships with different mutual fund families, we can offer our clients more alternatives at a competitive price.'' Anchor provides discretionary management services to institutions and private clients. Mr. Brewer has worked on Wall Street for ten years and was co-developer of the Computer Assisted Spectrographic Evaluation (CASE) system, a method of asset evaluation.
Mr. Brewer is managing director of CASE International. Mrs. Horner will continue to provide Osprey's pension consulting services and financial planning from Anchor's offices at Century House on Par-La-Ville Road.
