annual dinner of the Bermuda branch of the Institute of Directors tomorrow at the Mid Ocean Club.

Mr. Francis will speak on the future of offshore financial services and how Bermuda and The Bahamas can work together. Brian Redman, a former race car driver, will also be speaking at the dinner. Premier Pamela Gordon will be in attendance. Geoffrey Moore, the current chairman of the organisation, will be handing over the post to Bermuda Monetary Authority General Manager Malcolm Williams on June 26.

The Institute of Directors objective is to encourage businesses toward introducing codified standards of corporate governance and to raise the professional standards of directors.
