Builder faces writ

who was in the news a fortnight ago, when Police were called into probe The Summit Development Limited, the firm that built homes on Cut Road, St.

George's.

The latest action has been filed by lawyers at Appleby,Spurling and Kempe, on behalf of their clients, the Bank of Bermuda.

The writ is listed in the sum of US$19,029.

Last year,the Supreme Court ordered Mr. Coughlin to pay in a default judgement, some $235,000 to Summit Development.

The company is jointly owned by Mr. Coughlin, another American, Dzintra Dickstein and a Bermudian majority shareholder, contractor Mr. Dilton Robinson.
