intends to quit its Bermuda domicile, Bloomberg Business News reported.

The firm, which acquires, explores and develops mineral properties in Mexico, announced that it is scheduling an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the company to be held in Toronto within the next 60 days. The primary purpose of the EGM will be to seek approval of the members to discontinue the company from Bermuda and continue into Canada.
