Exchange, formerly the old Lines Brothers building at 48 Reid Street.

Architectural drawings have been submitted and the Development Applications Board has given its in principle approval for the development of a first class office and retail mix. Long term leases have already been negotiated with certain tenants. They include barristers and attorneys, Marshall & Company, which has leased a full floor. Leeds Management Ltd., an exempt company specialising in mutual funds, have also leased a full floor.

All the retail space has already been leased out. The tenants include Arnold's Tile, which will occupy the main floor as a showroom for their variety of specialty tiles.

And Chancery Wine Bar and Restaurant will also be on the main floor, substantially expanding current accommodations capacity.

Other potential tenants are viewing the remaining space, including a penthouse suite and a lower floor.
