Bank of Butterfield, Bermuda Commercial Bank and Bermuda Home gained while Bank of Bermuda fell. Bermuda Home preferred was unchanged.
In other trading, Argus and Staples fell.
Some 25,494 shares worth $242,544.38 changed hands.
The index fell 16.67 points to 904.55.
