The fund is incorporated in Bermuda and will list up to 200 million ordinary voting shares on the BSX. "The investment objective of the fund is to provide its shareholders with long-term capital growth through a portfolio of mainly unquoted equities and direct investments in Asia, with a particular focus on properties and trading companies,'' a press release stated.

The fund will focus mainly on investments in the Philippines, Thailand, China, Indonesia and Malaysia.
