IT's no problem for Terrence!

"I would urge other Bermudian students considering a career in IT not to let obstacles hold them back,'' Mr. Bean said, noting he originally did not plan on going to college and started out as apprentice carpenter for Government.
After working many jobs including in construction and hotels, he graduated in 1995 as one of the top 25 performers with a computer information systems degree from Plymouth State College in New Hampshire. He has worked in IT with Government.
"I never really took a conscious decision to follow a career in IT,'' he said. "Basically I just looked around and saw that there were opportunities for getting jobs in the computer industry.''
