Owners of Just Shirts launderers and Mailboxes Unlimited Ltd. will acquire the assets of Paget Dry Cleaners Ltd. and Hamilton Valcleners Ltd. on February 15.

Paget Dry Cleaners and Hamilton Valcleners are part of Stanley Evans' portfolio of local businesses.

Six months ago, it was announced that Mr. Evans made broking firm CapCar Enterprises exclusive agent to sell the two companies as well as the Harnett & Richardson building across from Number Six dock, Harnett & Richardson Insurance Agency, Butterfield Travel, Globe Press Printing Company and the Globe Press building on Euclid Avenue.

Mr. Evan's highly successful business career spanned 50 years. His first business was the Tea Cosy which he owned when he was 21.
