Tempest Re chief operating officer George Rivaz said Ms Lewin had an important role during the January policy renewal season as the team leader for the model analysis group. Ms Pedro is part of the accounting team.

Ms Lewin joined CAT Ltd. in 1994 as an analyst. CAT was bought by ACE and integrated into Tempest Re in April 1998. Ms Pedro is a chartered accountant and joined Tempest in 1996.
