Argus Insurance jumped $2, a 12 percent gain, to close at $19 on volume of just 200 shares. Other gainers included Bank of Butterfield, up 12.5 cents to $18.25 on volume of 10,422, Bermuda Telephone Company, up 25 cents to $35 on volume of 194 shares, and Bank of Bermuda warrants up $1 to $14.
Bermuda Aviation Services traded unchanged at $5 -- but on a hefty volume of 74,259 shares -- worth more than $371,000 or half the BSX's turnover for the week.
The Bank of Bermuda fell 50 cents to close at $36 on volume of 3,981 shares.
