The captive insurance management company bought Bermuda-based Sedgwick 15 months ago and has been examining ways of integrating services since then.
Yesterday Marsh chief executive officer Andrew Carr said: "The integration of our operations with those of Sedgwick has been completed and the small number of redundancies has resulted from that process.'' Marsh has 175 staff in Bermuda, while Sedgwick had around 25 employees.
