In XL Mid Ocean Re's London Branch office, Marine and Energy head Steve Adams and Aviation Division head Mark Hiller were promoted to Senior Vice President.

Brendan Burke , who works alongside Mr. Adams, was promoted to Vice President.

XL Mid Ocean's Singapore branch General Manager and Principal Officer Lee Soo Kwan was promoted to Senior Vice President.

XL Mid Ocean's Financial Controller in Bermuda, Lesley Caslin , was appointed Vice President and Gail Martin , of the International Division in Bermuda, was promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Senior Claims Analyst Lorene Phillips has become Assistant Vice President/Claims Administrator of the Claims Department.

Human Resource Administrator Sonia Paul Smith has been promoted to Employee Relations Administrator in the Internal Operations-Organisational Development Department.

Assistant Vice President Art Elkins has become Vice President/Underwriter in the Property Department.

Hooban to the newly created position of Managing Director of ACE European Markets Insurance Limited and ACE European Markets Reinsurance Limited.

Mr. Hooban was at Munich American RiskPartners previously where he managed the Global Risk Management Department.

Before that he held senior positions with American International Group and Northwestern National Risk Management Services.
