Total Office Management Ltd., a financial service provider has appointed Joanne Robinson as account administrator. Ms Robinson is responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping for her portfolio of clients including payables, receivables, bank account reconciliation and general account maintenance.
Ms Robinson moved to TOM from the law office of Mello, Jones & Martin where she spent five-and- a-half years as their accounts administrator/manager and supervised junior accounts staff.
Graham Redford, executive vice president of the Total Group, said: "With the growth in our business in recent years, it is essential that we find the right people to join our company and Joanne is just the right person.'' *** ALEXIS JOINS EVOKE APP Alexis joins Evoke Bermudian Alexis Roberts will join the team at advertising company Evoke International Ltd., on Monday.
Ms Roberts will assume the position of account manager and will work with the growing clientele list of the company. She will monitor and execute complete communications plans and work with the management team to develop new business.
Since getting a Bachelor's degree in marketing from Northeastern University, Ms Roberts has gained sales and marketing experience in both the hospitality and banking industries.
She has worked as a catering and conventions manager at Sonesta Beach Hotel and most recently was the communications co-ordinator at the Bank of Bermuda.
*** CAPITAL MOVE APP Capital move XL Capital Ltd. announced yesterday that it has appointed Anthony Beale to the newly created position of Vice President of Human Resources.
Mr. Beale spent over 20 years with JP Morgan & Company Inc where he became responsible for all the company's human resource activities in their branches in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Most recently he was the managing director of Santander Investment Securities Inc based in New York and Madrid.
At XL Mr. Beale is responsible for policies in the human resources department.
He will report to Fiona Luck, executive vice president, group operations and will work closely with XL's senior management.
