The Bermuda Stock Exchange bounced back from her downward trend yesterday, gaining 26.78 points to close at 1,799.81 on a volume of 35,007.

Bank of Bermuda shares gained 95 cents as 12,607 traded at $36.50 while 700 Bank of Butterfield shares moved unchanged at $17.25.
Argus shares were also unchanged at $17.25 on a volume of 10,000.
Bermuda Press Holdings gained a dollar as 7,000 shares went at $7.
Four thousand two hundred Belco shares closed down a half at $19.
