Bank of Bermuda shares gained 25 cents to close at $50.25 after trading 11,484 shares and even heavier trading in Bank of Butterfield shares, 14,889, caused the price to rise 50 cents and close at $30.00.

BF&M dropped 75 cents after trading 239 shares and closed at $8.25. Island Press (Holdings) gained 50 cents to close at $5.00 after trades in 10,000 shares.
