Using the slogan "Are you prepared to do business in the future?'', the global campaign begins this week, and includes advertising in the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Business Week, and Fortune.
Television advertising will also be launched on CNN, CNBC and ESPN. A television commercial will first air as part of the company's sponsorship of the ACE Group Classic, a senior PGA golf tour in Naples, Florida held next month.
ACE communications director Wendy Davis Johnson said the company was marketing itself as a business partner to clients.
"The insurance industry has redefined its business many times, from simple protection to more complex risk management, from an industry-defined product to a client-defined benefit,'' she stated in a press release. "Our new brand position and the advertising that articulates it takes that one step further by depicting ACE's role in helping clients secure their success.'' BLEE PROMOTED APP Blee promoted Bermudian Robert Blee has been promoted to the position of chief accounting officer at ACE Ltd. Mr. Blee joined ACE in 1993 as chief accountant. He was previously at Price Waterhouse for nine years.
