All quiet on local docks
activity in local waters this week. The Astor will berth in Hamilton tomorrow before continuing her voyage from the Bahamas to the Azores.
The agency also reported the regular arrivals of the cruise ships Zenith and Norwegian Majesty . The Zenith arrived from New York on Monday morning with 1,338 passengers. She shifted to St. George's yesterday morning and is scheduled to leave Bermuda this afternoon.
The Norwegian Majesty arrived in Dockyard on Tuesday morning from Boston with 1,100 passengers. She will leave the Island tomorrow afternoon.
John S. Darrell reported the arrival of the Song of America , which arrived on schedule Tuesday with 1,476 passengers. She moved from St. George's to Hamilton on Wednesday morning and leaves the Island tomorrow.
In news from the Hamilton docks, Container Ship Management said the Oleander -- now back in service -- arrived on Sunday with 146 dry containers, 47 reefers, two horses, five trailers of steel, a boat on a cradle, an excavator and a camper.
The ship left the Island on Tuesday.
The container ship Bermuda Islander brought 85 containers, including 15 refrigerated containers, from Salem, New Jersey on Monday. She left on Tuesday morning.
