Bermuda prepares to welcome a giant visitor

All the regular cruise callers have the schedules well underway now, including the new weekend vessel, the Crown Dynasty , which arrived at Dockyard on Friday on its inaugural visit.

The Bermuda Islander is due in tomorrow with 117 containers, including 22 refrigerated, before leaving again on Friday.

And the Somers Isle arrived on Sunday, bringing 125 containers including ten refrigerated. It also had on board six boats and 25 lots of building materials, and sailed Monday.

Container Ship Management reports the Oleander in on Sunday. It brought 143 dry containers, 36 refrigerated, 40 cars, one boat, one tractor, excavator and two 40 ft trailers.
