The stainless steel tanks were custom made in Canada with extra insulation to keep the product cold during the hot summer months.

Vice president of sales and marketing, Philip Mason, said, "These two new tanks will give us the capacity to bottle all of our beer styles this summer and ensure that each style of beer gets bottled and delivered fresh, straight to the customer.

"We have a lot of requests to bottle our popular Full Moon Pale Ale. Up until now, with our limited capacity, this has only been available straight on draught. With these new tanks we should now have the bottle version available by the end of April.

"We'll also be able to bottle our summer beer, the Hurricane Wheat, which was extremely popular last year. This will be available again by the time hurricane season arrives June 1.'' President Paul Mason said, "Up until now, we've only had three storage tanks, or `bright beer tanks' and scheduling five styles of beer with only three tanks has been a nightmare. These two new tanks will ensure that we can meet the demand this summer both in bottles for the take home market, and in draught beer.''
