EMBRO is an online investment banking firm focused on providing global small capitalisation companies of up to $500 million in enterprise value, debt and equity services.

It is our understanding that EMBRO will be active in private placements and IPOs of emerging and small cap growth companies, thus creating a perfect synergy with the BSX Mezzanine Market.'' EMBRO Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Neal Gledhil said: "Membership on the BSX will allow EMBRO Capital Network to complete private equity placements in an effective manner while providing clients with the ability to list shares on a recognised stock exchange.

"This will assist them with the dissemination of information, increase their visibility and we believe, ultimately encourage liquidity. It will also help them prepare for additional capital raising in the future. This membership is consistent with EMBRO's international investment banking platform.'' EMBRO also stated that in the future it intended to make markets in select issuers.

EMBRO brings the total number of BSX Trading Members to 19.
