"Our success is our people, no more, no less. Its starts with a belief in everyone's ability to succeed, not deviating from that premise and always striving to find ways to get them there.
"BGA has seen the hard times, those that went through that terrible time understand that there is a downside and that it can come upon you in a heartbeat.
"Our success is a commitment by all our associates to proper planning and within that planning detailed, very detailed, zero based operational and capital budgeting for every single facet of the business.
"We are committed to our customers with the unconditional recognition that they are number one.'' 3. Where is the company headed in the next two years? "With better trained people, stronger plans and a commitment to execute those plans, we will be Bermuda's number one distributor.'' 4. What's the best advice you have ever received? "Being in a position to help people grow, to realise their dreams and to help the community, at the same time providing what we consider to be an excellent essential service.'' 7. "The chairman's role is to make sure that the Board functions in accordance with modern guidelines set down by various bodies. Making certain that the policies set by the board are carried out to their fullest.
