yesterday appealed the Nasdaq's decision to delist its stock from the Nasdaq National Market.

The company have said that it will remain listed pending the appeal process.

It is expected that if the process is unsuccessful the stock will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Bulletin Board,'' a release from CME said.

Nasdaq notified CME on May 23 this year that Class A common stock had failed to maintain a minimum market value of public float of $15 million over the previous 30 consecutive trading days as required for continued listing on the Nasdaq.
