Fertig has been the company's chief financial officer, as well as president and chief executive of CME Development Corp.

Severino, who said he wanted to return to Los Angeles, will be a consultant and programme supplier to Central European Media.

The Hamilton, Bermuda-based company owns and operates private commercial television stations in Eastern and Central Europe.
