He joined the bank in 1990 as manager in the corporate banking department.

Prior to his new position he was vice president and director of the division.

BIBA ANNOUNCES SPEAKER FOR AGM BUC BIBA announces speaker for AGM Consultant David Taylor, vice president and research group director of business applications for the Gartner Group, will be the keynote speaker at the annual general meeting of the Bermuda International Business Association (BIBA) on December 8.

Mr. Taylor will be talking about strategies for doing electronic commerce during his presentation. He is responsible for managing research analysts and eight services at the Gartner Group, including electronic commerce and extranets, manufacturing applications, and integrated logistics.

"Mr. Taylor will discuss a broad range of strategies for effectively applying technologically-driven management techniques to new and existing businesses, within the broader perspective of developing e-commerce for the entire jurisdiction,'' BIBA chairman Glenn Titterton stated in a Press release. "He will touch on how these strategies can be used effectively to enhance different business and technical management issues, and to drive e-commerce.'' The BIBA meeting and luncheon will be held at the Hamilton Princess.
