Cooper Associates Real Estate has been selected to be the exclusive Bermuda representative of the Estates Club of Beverly Hills, California.

The Estates Club is described as "an elite international club for the world's leading real estate firms.'' Promotional material states: "Members consistently have a large share of the world's most desirable property listed for sale and last year enjoyed sales of over $15 billion.'' Cooper's partner, Margot Cooper, said the group is comprised of the prestige of realtors around the world.

She said, "We are a Sotheby's representative as well, but the Estates Club gives us a much wider marketing network.

"And the club publishes Estates Internationale three times a year, to assist members in marketing their prestigious properties. It is a magazine that has a very large circulation.'' Cooper Associates now have opportunities to meet with other members during the year to exchange current information on their listings and marketplaces, while sharing knowledge pertaining to the sale of luxury homes.
