Mr. Little comes to Bermuda from the Cayman Islands where he was general manager of Cable & Wireless (CI) Ltd. Mr. Little restructured the organisation before being appointed to Bermuda.

Prior to his stint in the Caymans he was general manager of Grenada Telecommunications Ltd., a joint venture between Cable & Wireless and the Government of Grenada.

Mr. Little has been with Cable & Wireless since 1993. He was previously employed by British Petroleum as general manager of the international consumer products division in Barbados and by BP Chemicals in the UK.

He is currently director of Telecommunications of Dominica and a director of Cable & Wireless (West Indies) Ltd.

Mr. Little is married to Carole and has two children.
