Mr. Jones was executive vice president of A.G. Simpson, and previously had been executive vice president of sales and marketing for Magna International.

He was also also vice president, sales and marketing for Masco Tech Stamping Technologies, Inc. and also had been vice chairman and CEO of GRM Industries, Inc., a publicly traded automotive supplier.
