She is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

She lived and worked in the UK for six years and Taiwan for three years before moving to Bermuda to marry her husband, Mr. John Sharpe.

Mrs. Sharpe previously worked as a corporate administrator for law firms Conyers, Dill & Pearman, and Cox & Wilkinson.
