Mr. Adam H. Leseur, 27, will be the third generation of his family to take an active involvement in the family-owned restaurant and cottage colony business when he returns to Bermuda early next month.

He graduated in 1990 from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

During his summer holidays, Mr. Leseur worked at the Reefs in Bermuda and at the Sonnen Alp Hotel in Vail, Colorado.

After graduating, he joined the Ritz Carlton Hotel group where he worked for more than three years. He held management positions at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Boston and Aspen, Colorado.

His father, Mr. Paul A. Leseur, vice president and managing director at Lantana, said that his training in Total Quality Management would help ensure standards are kept high at the business.

Mr. John H. Young II, Mr. Adam Leseur's grandfather, is president of Lantana.
