It includes vice president international department Robert Meireles, vice president local messenger department Chris Marshall, marketing and sales manager Thad Crouch, vice president human resources Tony Smith, senior vice president finance Paul Baker and customer services manager Eric Laing.

IBC president and CEO Glen Smith commented: "A gratifying growth in all departments now requires that a senior manager be placed at the head of each, with express responsibility for that department.'' In addition, two staff members who joined IBC as sprint/messengers have been promoted.

After four years on the job, Wayne Augustus has been promoted to dispatcher-local messenger department and weekend manager.

And after three years on the job, Vincent Darrell has been promoted to supervisor-local messenger department, responsible for all sprinters and messengers.

He is also in charge of local deliveries, inbound courier deliveries, GPO box clearance and the pick-up of outbound courier materials.

The restructuring is as a result of the move by IBC vice president Robert Railton from a hands-on officer to a consultant to the executive.
