"My job is to be at the hub of all the technical work that we do. I have eight service staff amongst which to delegate work, along with scheduling the jobs with our clients.

The position is quite demanding and high paced, but I enjoy the challenge.

Customer service is our top priority,'' he said.

When not busy at work, Michael enjoys golfing, fishing and music.
