The Bermuda Stock Exchange dropped over 50 points last week, after a busy five days trading when nearly $1.5 million traded hands.

The drop came after Bank of Bermuda and Bank of Butterfield shares fell $1.40 to $36.60 and $1.00 to $16.00 respectively.
Bermuda Commercial Bank, on the other hand saw its price creep up 25 cents to $7.50.
Argus Insurance shares rose 50 cents to $17.50, BELCO went up 35 cents to $20.00 and KeyTech, owners of BTC and Logic, rose by 75 cents to $31.00.
BF&M shares fell by 25 cents to $5.25 and Bermuda Broadcasting fell by 10 cents to $5.50.
The index closed down 50.082 points or 3.05 percent at 1,642.05 on a volume of 61,187 shares worth 1,470,461.85.
