for his role as president of Bermuda Security Group Limited.

Experience is one of his corporate qualifications. He devoted ten years to the Bermuda and UK prison service, spent ten years in the Bermuda Police Service and served ten years as president and general manager of Island Wide Security Services Ltd.

Mr. Aldred is dedicated to his work and involved with every aspect of Bermuda Security Group "It is a challenge dealing with contracts, quotations, visiting customers and getting staff in place. I analyse physical security situations and give advice on how many and which guards are needed for most tasks,'' he advised.

According to Mr. Aldred there are plans for significant expansion for the company in the next five years to other island countries.

"Our work has more than tripled in recent years. We have an excellent relationship with the Bermuda Police Department and we have people with extensive police experience on our staff. Last year we made 30 arrests,'' he said.

One of the major keys to the group's security success is the site and night supervisors.

"We are proud of our competent staff and we train consistently. We focus on protecting people, property and profits. We conscientiously provide the best possible service we can render,'' he concluded.

In his spare time Mr. Aldred likes sailing with his wife, Judy, and their two teenagers. The family enjoys camping out on their boat too.
