Mr. Bucci spent seven years in purchasing prior to his promotion to this group's leader and recently made the shift to Procter & Gamble.

The sales merchandisers, Caines and Edwards, have about 12 years experience between them.

They enjoy being out there dutifully servicing customer needs.

"We enjoy sales and being out on the road. We like greeting our customers and servicing their needs.

"We pride ourselves on knowing our products and being perceptive to the customer needs,'' advised Caines and Edwards.

When asked about their plans for the future they unanimously agreed that they hope to continue with BGA and that they are aspiring for a little upward mobility.

Mr. Bucci said: "We have all experienced promotions. If you are willing to take a shot at a job at BGA and perform well you will be recognised for those efforts by management.

"BGA gives everyone the opportunity to succeed.'' Procter & Gamble is the largest single vendor in BGA's portfolio shipping up to 22 shipments of 20 foot containers a month! BGA has set up Procter & Gamble as a separate division to avoid any conflicts.
