Trafalgar Securities, a Bermuda exempt company, intends to use its membership to sponsor listings and make a two way bid and sell market in the BSX's mezzanine market.

The mezzanine market provides a full public listing for technology companies that eventually plan to list on the US Nasdaq stock exchange but are not yet ready for a full IPO to retail investors.
