Brett Wright is TreeCon's most senior employee. He joined the company in 1989 as an installation technician and worked his way up to sales manager.

As sales manager Mr. Wright said: "During the last decade I have been doing everything involving sales. I help decide what products we sell.'' He has developed an excellent rapport with the suppliers and manufacturers to the point where most of the suppliers are willing to create custome products exclusively for TreeCon.

These products are able to withstand the elements in Bermuda much better than off the shelf products.

Mr. Wright has seen a lot of company growth. Currently private and residential sales are about 80 percent of the business.

Mr. Wright is steering the company towards a greater market share in the commercial arena.

"The thing I enjoy most about my work is that it is varied and fast paced,'' he said.

In his spare time he goes to the gym and sails almost every evening in his Laser 13.

On May 24 he traveled to Houston to compete in the Pam-Am game trials.

"Sailing laser 13s is one of my passions and these little boats can be very competitive because so many people are sailing them,'' he said.
