Mr. White and his wife Debra hope to set up Pension and Administration Services Ltd. once the company gets approval from the Ministry of Finance. The company will link up to administer pension plans set up under Emerald Financial Services funds.

Mr. White said the company will keep track of the contribution and benefits of members of the Emerald plans once upcoming pension legislation takes effect this January.

He will keep his job as plan administrator of the Hotel Pension Plan. He also provides services for the Construction Workers Pension Plan and the Restaurant Pension Plan.

Staff will be hired for the new company once the pension plans start up, he said.
